Registered participants who wish to take advantage of the booking service managed are required to fill in the Hotel Reservation Form (available by clicking on the Hotel names listed below) and send it by email at [email protected] or by fax +39-030-383290.

Credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation. Booking enquiries and Reservation forms without Credit Card details will not be taken into consideration.

In most cases, payment will be arranged directly at the hotel and the invoice issued upon departure. Although, some of the hotels require pre-payment of either the first night as deposit or the whole stay. Please refer to the Hotel Registration Form for the hotel you would like to book for detailed information.

All the reservations will be arranged on a “first come, first served” basis.

Beyond this date rooms are subject to availability upon request.
